A truly great home is defined by how it is lived in. My approach to private residential photography bridges the gap between architectural rigor and editorial warmth. I assist in staging spaces to look inhabited but curated, respecting client privacy while capturing the soul of the design.
I maintain a strong working relationship with Haysom Ward Miller (RIBA House of the Year winners). For their Stone Cottage project, the brief was to capture the tactile quality of the materials and the home's quiet connection to the landscape. My focus was on natural light and texture, producing images that reflect the studio's reputation for detailing.
The Mirror Pod extension by Mart Barrass Architect is a perfect example of bold, small-scale intervention. My photography captured how the mirrored surface reflects the surrounding thatched cottage garden. The images were pivotal in telling the story of this unique family home.
