New homes come to Ely, and they're looking really good!

Following Planning Permission being granted in December 2016, construction of this development in Barton Road, Ely commenced in June 2017. The new development, known as King's Row will include six family townhouses and five apartments, two of which will be affordable homes, designed by award-winning architects Haysom Ward Miller. A further one affordable home will be provided elsewhere in the district. Constructors T J Evers (Evers) have been appointed to build the high-quality homes.
